• Administrative and industrial buildings for Hindustan Photo Films, Kellogg, Pepsi, Ferro Alloys Corporation and Kudremukh
  Iron Ore Co. Ltd.

• For Kudremukh Iron Ore Co. Ltd. the main civil works included RCC shaft of 21M length x 15M width. The bottom raft was at -33 M level and the top slab at +0.250M level. The shaft had intermediate RCC slabs at various levels to house the various equipments including the 400 TPH Gyratory Crusher.

• Godavari Fertilisers and Chemical Limited, Kakinada : The civil works for the DAP Plant at Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd., Kakinada included the following:

1. Precast driven piles for all structures.

2. In-plant roads, drainages : Office building, time office, gate house, podium, warehouse, compound wall.

3. Process buildings for bagging plant, screen house, water treatment plant, RCC, Bulk storage silo.

4. RCC fire water tanks, tank farms, RCC structures for conveyer galleries, trestles and tunnels.

5. All equipment foundations, pipe racks and miscellaneous RCC structures for offsite facilities.

• Hindustan Photo Films, Ooty : The construction of the manufacturing facility building at Hindustan Photo Films is a six storeyed building having plinth area of 32,000 Sq.M, Administration Building and R&D Coater three storey Building.

• The company is presently executing a major electrical project for GRIDCO in Bolangir, Ganjam and Sambalpur where civil works include construction of Control Room, 90 residential quarters besides store shed, roads, water system, drainage system, etc.

• The Company was involved in the Engineering & Construction Management Services for the extension of Tata Memorial Hospital at Mumbai.

• Civil related works have been executed for projects executed in the area of infrastructure facilities for Cellular Phone Services Project in Andhra Pradesh for Tata Communications and the GSM Network Project in the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat for Tata Telecom Ltd.

In addition to the building projects, civil works related to power plants, transmission lines and distribution systems have been included in the scope of work for projects executed on turnkey basis.
