Hyderabad, November 17, 2008: Tata Projects Limited was awarded a contract by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) today for overhead railway electrification between Kondapuram – Guntakal Section. The value of contract is approximately Rs.106 crore and the duration is 18 months.
BPCL Awards 2 Contract to TPL
Hyderabad, October 31, 2008: Tata Projects Limited was awarded two contracts by Bharath Petroleum Corporation Limited today - (a) Mechanical works for VGO/HDS Units (Part A) for CEMP II of BPCL-Kochi Refinery. The contract involves turnkey erection packages for the main refinery units, including erection services of two Main Reactors of 800 MT and 200 MT in the main package of the refinery unit. (b) Mechanical works for NHT/CCR Units (Part B) for CEMP II of BPCL-Kochi Refinery. The work scope involves turnkey erection packages for the main refinery units.
The value of two contracts is approximately Rs.100 crore. and the duration is 14 months.
POWERGRID Gives a Contract to TPL
Hyderabad, October 16, 2008: Tata Projects Limited was awarded a contract by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited today for supply and erection of 400 kV Double Circuit Transmission Line from Chamera in Himachal Pradesh to Jallandhar in Punjab associated with Chamera-III Transmission System. The value of contract is approximately Rs.95 crore and the duration is 22 months.

Hyderabad, September 26, 2008: Tata Projects Limited was awarded a contract by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation today for supply, installation and commissioning of Steam Heater in CSU Train at CPF, Gandhar, Ankleshwar for ONGC. The value of contract is approximately Rs.3 crore and duration of the contract is 10 months.

Hyderabad, September 10, 2008: Tata Projects Limited was awarded an EPC contract by Maithon Power Limited for Railway Infrastructure (RI-2) package for 2x525 MW Maithon Right Bank Thermal Power Project. The value of contract is approximately Rs.121 crore and the duration is 22 months.

The value of contract is approximately Rs.37 crore and the duration is 24 months.

Hyderabad, September 2, 2008: Tata Projects Limited was awarded an EPC contract by NTPC Electric Supply Company Limited (NESCL) today for rural electrification at Balangir, in Orissa. The value of contract is approximately Rs.89 crore and its duration is 18 months.

Hyderabad, July 31, 2008: Tata Projects Limited (TPL) was awarded a contract by Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) today for its Hot Metal Desulphurisation for SMS-II at Bokaro Steel plant on divisible turnkey basis. The value of contract is around Rs.54 crore and the duration is 18 months. M/s Danieli Corus BV, Netherlands is TPL’s consortium partner for this project.

Hyderabad, July 31, 2008: Tata Projects Limited (TPL) was awarded a contract by Steel Authority of India Limited today for Design, supply and construction of 1x4060 cum 5th Blast Furnace at Rourkela Steel Plant. The value of contract is approximately Rs.1250 crore and the duration is 30 months. This is the largest Blast Furnace in India. M/s Danieli Corus BV, Netherlands is TPL’s consortium partner for this project.

Hyderabad, April 25, 2008: Tata Projects Limited was awarded an EPC contract by Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) today for Balance of Plant (BOP) and all the civil work for 2x80 MW Coal Based Captive Power Plant at Dariba, in Rajasthan. The contract value is approximately Rs.276 crore and the duration is 22 months for Unit 1 and 25 months for Unit 2.
