Mumbai, 30-Sep-2022: The HR Anexi Summit that concluded recently is an effort to consciously drive a deeper Rethink on how businesses are adapting to post-covid era towards building a culture fit organization amidst changing dynamics at workplace.

 

The 2-day summit got over 500 business and HR leaders to discuss various subjects viz. Preserving culture amidst growth in FMBs; The Leadership Imperatives in current Uncertain world;

HR Anexi in partnership with Mentoria (India’s first holistic career discovery & mentoring platform) also presented it’s first edition of WAW Awards (Wellbeing Awards for Workplaces).

The wellbeing agenda has become particularly critical as the past two years have proven to be an awakening for companies to reevaluate the role they play in the lives of their employees in building a resilient workforce.

 

Over 60 companies participated in the WAW 2022 awards. The clear message that emerged, if you are not taking care of the employee wellness today, you will have to deal with their illness tomorrow.

Industry stalwarts Aparna Piramal Raje, Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Krish Shankar, Ravi Kyran and Prabir Jha came to offer their opinion on what works as antidote to uncertainty in business situations. The leadership mantras viz. 3A’s Agility, Ability and Alignment and how we need to keep it to basics and not over complicate things.

 

When exploring the leadership essentials in the world we live in today, the focus was brought on demystifying leadership and surfacing its vulnerable facade. Leadership should be explored as an entity, a joint effort, than merely limelight leaders and praising their worth.

 

The summit concluded with a 360 degree discussion on Hybrid Working, It was led by Amanpreet Bhatia, Sonal Jain, Atul Mathur & Rajorshi Ganguli. It took a unique approach of questioning the audience on the different approaches towards hybrid working.

 

OTIS Elevators, Emeritus, and Samunnati were the winners of the wellbeing awards. Companies like Tata Projects, Xoriant Solutions, Jewelex, Times Pro, Aura Jewel, HDFC Ergo, Fynd, L&T Realty, Uni Design were others amongst the contestants for the awards. Also present were the jury- Ms Sangeeta Chandran – Head of Well-Being Programs, TCS, Dr. S K Chaturvedi – Former Dean of NIMHNS, Mr. Arvind Krishnan – Founder & CEO of The Fuller Life.
