This policy details the measures and procedures set up by our organization to prevent our Company’s involvement in any activity relating to bribery, facilitation payments, or corruption.
Anti-Fraud Policy
The Anti-Fraud Policy was established to facilitate the development of the controls that will aid in the detection and prevention of fraud against the company.
Whistleblower Policy
The Whistleblower Policy has been formulated to provide a mechanism for all individuals that are a part of our organization to approach the Ethics committee, in lieu of any violations of the Code of Conduct and Anti-Fraud policy.
Conflict Of Interest Policy
Tata Projects Ltd. is committed to making sure that there are absolutely no conflicts of interest when it comes to making decisions that affect the Company or its employees.
POSH (Prevention Of Sexual Harassment)
This policy has been framed with the intention of preventing sexual harassment at the workplace that includes prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment, should it occur.
