Tata Projects, executing CDU/VDU, DCU, and VGO-HDT packages, successfully erected and installed a 1,020 MT Vacuum Gas Oil Hydrotreator Reactor at HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited. This reactor unit, weighing over 1,000 MT, is one of the heaviest and showcases the company’s expertise in handling complex, large-scale industrial installations with precision and efficiency.

Tata Projects is delighted to be associated with 1.2-metre Trisonic Wind Tunnel for Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). The project is being developed at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The Wind Tunnel facility will enable ISRO to conduct high-velocity aero-dynamic tests on space vehicles for simulations ranging from Mach 0.2 to 4.

First Solar Manufacturing Facility is a colossal greenfield facility covering 127 acres of area housing a cutting-edge production area of 50 acres, a dedicated 230kV Electrical Substation, Zero Effluent Discharge System, Recycling Services, and Industrial Gas Production Facility, located near Chennai, Tamil Nadu. With construction activities beginning in November 2021, the manufacturing facility is conceptualised and built with advanced facilities such as sensors across production lines, automation devices and manufacturing execution systems in just 19 months.

Tata Projects has successfully commissioned 220 kV Marsyangdi Kathmandu Transmission Line in Nepal. The project has been constructed to evacuate the electricity generated from Marsyangdi river basin hydro power projects to Kathmandu. The 82 Km line from Tanahu, Markichowk to Matatirtha, Kathmandu has contributed to reliable transmission network and has additional power supply to Kathmandu, fulfilling the load demand.

The Nellore – Kurnool Power project with 765 kV double circuit transmission line from Nellore to Kurnool is built to provide uninterrupted power supply to the netizens. This groundbreaking project successfully connects the South India Grid with the rest of the country, establishing the foundation for One Nation One Grid. Facilitating efficient power importation, this transmission line illuminates the lives of over 40 million people in South India, marking a significant stride towards enhanced connectivity and a brighter, sustainable future.

India’s first-ever maritime heritage museum at Lothal, one of the key sites of the ancient Indus Valley Civilization, situated in Gujarat intends to safeguard and exhibit India’s rich maritime history and heritage. The marquee project spread across 400 acres of land will display the history, glory, and achievements of India’s maritime heritage, from ancient times to the present day. This project will include establishment of a National Maritime Museum, Maritime Research Institute, Maritime Heritage based Theme Park, Nature Conservation Park, Lighthouse Museum, resorts, hotels, and more.

PUNE METRO (UGC01) – This project involves the design and construction of underground stations from Shivaji Nagar to Civil Court, along with the construction of tunnels connecting Agriculture College to the northern end of Budhwar Peth station.

PUNE METRO (UGC02)- This phase focuses on designing and constructing underground stations at Budhwar Peth, Mandai, and Swargate, along with associated tunnels on the North-South Corridor of the Pune Metro Rail Project.

Tata Projects has played a pivotal role in the advancement of India’s infrastructure through its contributions to the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India. With meticulous planning and execution, Tata Projects undertook the design and construction of critical sections such as LOT 301, encompassing the Sahnewal – Pilkhani stretch spanning 179 km, and CTP 13, covering the Baroda – Surat section extending 135 km.
