Phani is a seasoned Project Management professional with more than 30 years of global experience and expertise in conceptualizing robust business growth and development strategies within core infrastructure sectors, such as Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Heavy Civil Infrastructure, Transport, Minerals & Metal and Manufacturing. Bringing a wealth of experience, he has successfully navigated and delivered intricate global infrastructure projects. His core competencies encompass operations and risk management, P&L management, budget control, revenue management, strategy planning, and business transformation.
Phani holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, MBA in Project Management, and has completed a one-year Leadership Program (Adani North Star) in collaboration with Harvard. Additionally, he has received advanced training in FIDIC & NEC Contract Management, along with expertise in commercial and risk management.
Prior to joining us, Phani served as Group Chief Projects Officer at Ola Electric, Bangalore. Prior to that, he was the CEO (E&C) & President Special Projects at Hindustan Construction Company. Previously, he was also the CEO at PMC Projects (I) Pvt Ltd / HOWE Engineering Projects (India), Elecon Engineering and Bateman Engineering Projects.
