The introduction of the remote/flexi/hybrid work model provides an employee the mental comfort of managing their work & life. We firmly believe that a healthy mind leads to a healthy body. To ensure the same, we offer remote working &comprehensive EAP services to our employees.
To drive physical wellbeing, we have annual health check-ups, insurance policies with extended coverage, wellbeing sessions, nomination for marathons, and organizingan annual walkathon & Sportsvaganza.
Financial well-being is the primary driver for other pillars. To arm our employees with information to take prudent financial decisions, we have initiatives to provide them with a platform for information on tax & financial planning in addition to the compensation benefits provided.
COVID-19 pandemic had disrupted the traditional workplace with a profound adverse impact on the lives of our employees. The period was tainted with physical & emotional challenges, we ensured to implement myriad initiatives to support our employees. Given the nature of the industry, the introduction of remote/hybrid/flexi working & culture was a big game changer to support the well-being of our employees.
